Environmental Policy for Take Out Orders

Because we care about the health of our customers and the environment, we will no longer use Styrofoam.

These are the to-go products we are providing:

BAGASSE SHELLS: made from a byproduct of the Sugarcane Industry - 100% tree-free, petroleum free, biodegradable and a great alternative to Styrofoam.

HOT CUPS: 100% biodegradable and compostable, chlorine-free, FSC certified paper and coated with PLA, a corn-based resign (rather than petroleum).

BIOPLASTIC CUPS: Made of cornstarch - 100% compostable and biodegradable, non-toxic, petroleum free. Biodegrades in a "commercial" composting facility.

There will be an additional charge for all to-go containers.
