Los Angeles Vegetarian Restaurant - Reviews
What our Los Angeles Vegetarian & Vegan Customers are saying ...
Today we enjoyed one of the most amazing pieces of delicious Vegan Pumpkin Pie. The cream toping added so much flavor that danced on my taste-buds! The food at Cinnamon Vegetarian, prepared fresh with such love and care is tasty, healthy and a joy to eat. Vegan Desserts are a treat and the desserts at Cinnamon have rocked my vegan world. Thank you!

When I became vegan, I thought my tamale-eating days were over. Cinnamon Vegetarian Restaurant in Los Angeles changed all of that. I order the Vegetarian Tamales by the dozen and bring them home. My meat-eating friends say: “You’re kidding me. This isn’t chicken?”

The Vegetarian Tamales here are the best in town, maybe the world. I’ve tried other vegetarian tamales and nothing comes close to these in terms of taste, quality and presentation. The Vegetarian Desserts are thick, creamy and hearty ... fully a Latino dining experience.

It is always such a joy when I am able to make the journey down to Los Angeles and partake of Cinnamon’s delicious food. I feel as if I have uncovered the greatest vegan treasure in these Vegan Tamales and mouth-watering vegan pies. It is as if my own loving mother is preparing my food.

Today we found our new favorite sport!!! Being vegan, it’s hard to even imagine eating a tamale .... Today I have had the BEST Vegan Tamale ever!!!! The Pozolé was soooo tasty and the Sope was perfection, even better than any other Mexican restaurant I have eaten at. Be sure to try their Vegan Desserts like their pumpkin pie and chocolate pie. They are so creamy and delicious! I will be coming back soon.

Extraordinary and timely. At last, Highland Park has entered the 21st century. We now have a healthy alternative to the tasty but unhealthy choices of the usual neighborhood faire. Some of the dishes take all day to prepare, home-made tamales, Barley soup, vegetarian enchiladas and, of course, Tom’s Tostadas are at the top of my list, but there are many healthy and delicious alternatives to traditional Mexican Food dishes. So, if you live close or far, make this one of your new adventures and you’ll discover it is worth the trip!

My dining experience at Cinnamon Vegetarian has been excellent! The Vegetarian Tamales are fluffy, soft and moist accompanied by home-style Spanish rice and beans. Eating here is like eating at my mother’s place except that the food is plant-based!!! Cinnamon is an excellent alternative Mexican food source which is reasonably priced, filling and healthy. Also, Esperanza and her team are friendly, kind and excellent cooks. Once you eat here you’ll always want to come back.

Cinnamon has the best Mexican and Latin American vegetarian food! I love their sweet, chocolaty, delicious Chicken Mole; their Pozolé is simply delicioso! And their pastry is always yummy. For those interested in eating healthy, delicious food, Cinnamon is the place!

Cinnamon has a great selection of Latino Vegetarian dishes. Some dishes taste just like my Mom make them good!!! I carry extra Cinnamon business cards to pass to friends and strangers. I highly recommend this place to everyone including carnivores.
